Our annual Troop Dues need to be paid by the second Tuesday in November. That will be Tuesday, November 11th. Annual dues are $85 per Scout.

November Campout Surcharge
The November campout will be to El Rancho Cima which is always a very popular campout. Mr. Schultz will be leading the campout and is currently reserving the rifle range and looking into horeseback riding as an activity. This campout will cost more than our typical $15 / campout. Once the reservations are final and the Scouts have signed up for the activities they want you will receive an invoice for the Surcharge difference between the cost of the activities and the normal $15 campout fee.
If you need to discuss a payment plan for any of the fees, dues, or surcharges please see our Treasurer Vijay Koka at a Troop meeting to make arrangements. If you have questions about these charges or any other troop charges on your invoice please see Vijay at the next Troop meeting.

Service Projects
New Hope Lutheran Church has asked us to help move furniture to prepare for their annual Bazaar on Saturday, Nov 22nd. We will move furniture from the Old Sanctuary (our old Scout meeting location) to a as yet undetermined location on Tuesday, Nov 18th. This is the Tuesday following the El Rancho Cima campout so there will not be a Troop meeting but is the week for PLC and Committee meetings. Depedning on amount of help and time required for the furniture move we may or may not have a PLC and / or Committeee meeting following the furniture move.
We will also need to help NHLC move the furniture back after the Bazaar on Saturday, Nov 22nd around 4pm. More details will be forthcoming.
Saturday, Nov 15th is Scout Day of Service throughout SHAC and there will be service projects organized by the Thunderwolf District for those not able to make it to the Nov campout which is the same weekend. More information to follow.
