Recipes: Chili

Serves: 8

Ingredients:
2 pound lean ground beef
2 package Chili Seasoning Mix
2 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
Optional toppings:
shredded cheese
chopped onion
sour cream
cornbread

* Gluten Free option: Make sure that the chili seasoning mix does not contain wheat. McCormick’s brand is gluten free.

Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
